I've been trying to get rid of my acne problem for the longest time. I went to different places for treatments and seen many doctors and nothing seems to work. I figured I give Joanna a try and after two session with her I can see some improvement so, I will continue with my treatments with her. Furthermore, I really like her because she is very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. I'm glad I saw her on Instagram.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my very FIRST facial appointment on January 12. Joanna welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Can we just appreciate her studio work place?! I love the pink and the complete set up. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. Joanna is AMAZING and very SWEET and KIND.
Her shop is so pleasing and very neatly clean. I LOVE everything about it. The set up colors perfectly fits her sweetness. I've been seeing her for over a year and let me tell you after every appointment I literally feel AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL! It's so relaxing and me time. She makes me feel comfortable during every appointment and I'm glad I see her once a month. My skin feels and looks amazing because of her awesome work and her life advice. Joanna communicated with me from the beginning to the end and explained everything which helped me to have a relaxing facial!
When booking the appointment she took the time to know my skin concerns, skin type, and goals. She genuinely cares for her clients and I love that! I told her about acne problems, I had in the past and made sure my skin didn't react like in the past! My skin felt clean and looked great after my appointment. Wish I took a picture but I loved the results! I love the ambiance of her studio, so clean and I love pink!
I normally have a hard time relaxing but she did an amazing job to get me to relax/ I highly recommend Joanna, thank you so much!
