Please review the policies before booking an appointment.
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to book an appointment. Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me via text, or phone call (leave a voicemail) at least 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel your appointment, you will need to pay another deposit to reschedule.
You are allowed one reschedule.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice will have to rebook on the website and pay for another deposit to book another appointment.
No shows will no longer be allowed to book an appointment in the future.
Any appointment booked the day before or the day of are automatically booked within the cancellation policy.
Your time is valuable and I have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
When you book your appointment and pay the deposit , you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. For the remainder of the balance upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment (Cash, Credit/Debit Card (Additional 3% Charge). I do not accept personal checks.
I understand that things can happen unexpectedly; however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
I reserve your appointment time especially for you to provide you with the best service without being rushed. Please plan accordingly to make it to the appointment on time.
If you are going to be late, please text me to let me know.
If you arrive late, the appointment will still end at the original scheduled time.
